To add a little thickness to your brow use both an eyebrow pencil and powder. This 
combination prevents a painted on look. Choose shades that match the darkest colors in your hair as this will add definition to opens your eyes. Start by using the pencil to fill in your brows with short, feather-like strokes. Then layer a coat of powder over the pencil with an angled brow brush. Use a brow comb to soften and blend brows. You can also set your brows with brow gel.
